Clarence Coast Motors demonstrates the worst customer care I have ever known. Twice now I have wished that I booked my car into Lismore or Coffs. The first visit, I placed my car in for a NORMAL service ( 42000 kms). Without checking, they did a 60000 km service, which is more expensive, and refused to listen to my complaint. I had to pay for the more expensive service which I did not need or ask for. I vowed never to return, but Subaru advised me to replace my airbags and a few other items on my car. CCM was the authorised repairer, so in I went. I organised to be picked up, at a location nearby. After waiting for 50 minutes in 36 degree heat, I rang CCM to be told that they came nearby to drop someone else off, and then forgot about me. This is a pretty basic part of the pickup dropoff service. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I strongly suggest that you go elsewhere.

Utterly disgusted at Clarence Coast Motors customer service, had to take time off from work 5 times and drive in and out of town with my partner in 2 cars approx 60km round trip to get our safety recall airbags done on our Nissan Navara, first time was due to their incompetence in not checking that both airbags had rocked up. After they finally finished doing the airbags after 5 trips and 2 months, they wouldn't even give us a $5 discount on an airbag sensor that cost nearly $300. Debbie the office clerk was meant to call us when the airbag sensor arrived, she never did and after 2 weeks we called her and finally got booked in! She was so rude from the get go, constantly having to chase her up and constantly on a break. ordered T case sensors separate from getting our airbags done, waited another 2 weeks and the parts department said they'll be in by next week. Called a week later and Wala they were never even ordered! WARNING they are a rip off, slack and so rude. Don't go there!!! Drive the extra distance to Coffs Harbour etc.. special mention to Debbie and the manager for being the most incompetent, lazy and rude people we have ever come across in the customer service industry.
