3 star because the call back service doesn't work. Do not press the star key. It says " Here at the North Coast oral health . . . . . To keep you place in the queue and get a call back to press the star key on your phone. I did this 2 times already and another 2 days later I never got a call back.Apart from that I have used this service a few times, The lady you first speak to, To put your name down on the list is very quick to dismiss you if you don't have medicare card, However without them I would have no teath. So big thank you for that. Just the phone service is bad.
