Over $100 go see a vet at least they care about there patients. O and a recepion desk that dont receive people
I'm giving 1 star because there are no negative ones available. Booked a double because I was a new patient. 30 minutes after my appointment time I got to see a nurse for a brief re-hash of my history that i'd already provided. Dr Carol McCabe finally saw me for my dbl, 48 minutes after appointed time. I was in there for 6 minutes only for her to refuse me medication I have been on for 5 years and refusing to offer an alternative. She then said my time was up! I told her I had another question and that I'd booked a double and she said that it had been used up by the nurse. Overall I found Dr McCabe to be the most arrogant and un-empathetic GP I have ever had the misfortune of spending my time with. In my opinion she is nothing short of being a rude cow.
Terrible experience everytime I come to this place. Mostly a 30 min wait after my appt time but today I waited an extra 90 minutes just to get a prescription. And please do not give me the whole we are sorry business and tell me you will fix things because I dont believe that.
I was asked by the nurse "are you a renter?" For "demographic reasons" which I thought was bad enough but the doctor sniffing throughout the entire consultation was disgusting. I would rather drive 3 hours to my previous do for than to be put through this unprofessional experience again. What should it matter if I rent or own if I see a doctor? I asked the nurse this and her answer was demographic reasons which doesn't make sense at all
After seeing several doctors around Grafton, I keep coming back to Ochre. Enough said. Thankyou Ochre.
