Nitya is a knowledgable and intuitive yoga teacher. I have experienced her teachings in group classes and one-on-one. I love the gentle style of yoga mixed with yogic teachings and relaxation. In my one-on-one session she was able to give me exercises directed at my needs to balance out my physical stress. It is now easy for me to incorporate her teachings into my daily life without having to attend her classes. I admire Nitya as a yoga teacher and healthy vibrant woman that she is, and her warm and welcoming demeanour has touched my heart.
