I phoned asking male sales person the availability of a croc branded flip flop I wanted to purchase. He said yes they have it. But he kept referring to another type & insisted it was the one I wanted & it was the best selling etc.Well he was wrong. It was a different flip flop which I confirmed on the croc website after our conversation. A very pushy ignorant sales person. No wonder small businesses are struggling. I ended up ordering on line.
