Friendly staff and easy to navigate around the store. Not all products are always stocked and there are never any decent specials. Its good for grabbing some milk and bread but i wouldnt do a full shop there.
Staff leave the pricing machine so you can put your own price on your items.. Best shop ever.
The quality and variety of products is on par with the larger grocery stores in the cities. In particular I am always very pleased with the range of freshly baked breads (usually you can get them still warm) and the fruit and veg section is very pleasing to the eyes and stomach. I've yet to not find what I'm looking for (unless it was overly exotic like lotus leaves, lol) and appreciate that I can grab dome cheap electronics and other non-foodstuffs if I'm in a pickle.
Lovely service. Just so many idiot's in car park. Don't care if they hit or mark your car. Have many marks and dent's from this car park. Very tight area for driving.
Coles is Coles wherever you go. The stores are set up fairly similar to the other regardless of town or even state. There maybe things that are unique to individual stores, but once in the door you know where to turn depending on what you are there for. I love Coles and you know what, "Good things are happening at Coles"...
