We leave on a cruise on the 1st Feb, only just received our tickets after hounding staff who kept saying they would be sent to us by P&O. My husband was given a package and told our tickets would be sent but upon looking into the package there were the tickets, we still haven't received an itinerary so we could book tours and may not be able to go on any of the tours. We have been misinformed many times by flight centre staff, I will never book through Flight Centre again, we have not received any notifications except when we went in and pushed.
